my sister doesn’t listen to me of the danger of half-plugged chargers in an extension outlet ON her bed

I keep yelling at her but she doesn’t listen nor care. She’s like “if it happens, it happens” when I talk to her about risking the safety of this house from this??? it’s a fire waiting to happen, this is on her bed where she sleeps/resides all the time.
